The Meaningful Purpose (MP) Career Laboratory – High School and College Students, will help you make good use of your meaningful life purpose to select a career aligned and worth your meaningful life purpose.
Having a clear foundational meaningful life purpose, participants are in an advantaged position to explore their strengths, talents, gifts, passions and meaningful aspirations in order to define and pursue a professional career.
This laboratory is designed for young people, ages 17 through 24, interested in defining and selecting a career path compatible with their meaningful life purpose. The MP Career Laboratory will help aspiring professionals:
review their meaningful life purpose
explore their strengths, talents, gifts, passions and meaningful aspirations
learn about and consider career options
decide on a fitting career path
build-in contingency plans for an optional career
The MP laboratory is complemented with one-on-one coaching by a Certified Meaningful Purpose Coach, and the use of questionnaires to deepen insight and self-understanding. The MP Career Laboratory lasts 4 days; sessions are conducted in a period of two months. Between sessions participants will receive coaching, and do homework to improve their decision making. They will be asked to share with other participants their new awareness and plans. The laboratory does not propose careers or recommend universities.
